Global Genius Consultant Sdn Bhd (GGCSB) or formerly known as RK Training & Management in 2004 begin its operation by collaborating with numerous human resource departments from government and private agencies. In 2008, GGCSB officially registered with the Ministry of Human Resource Malaysia. Here at Global Genius Consultant Sdn Bhd we focuses on applying NLP to transform life and businesses in order to succeed in today’s competitive environment.
Our methodologies are fresh and interactive to ensure our clients always had a 5 star experience. GGCSB not only provide in house seminar, we also organize numerous public seminars ranging from small scale (10 – 30 participants) up to large-scale seminars (300-2000 participants).

Hj Fadzli Yusof is the founder of Global Genius Consultant Sdn Bhd cum the main teaching staff. He has been an NLP practitioner since 2006 certified by Dr. William Horton, President of NFNLP. He shared self-programming idea with millions of participants through TV appearances, radio, books, magazines, seminars, portals and social media.
Fadzli Yusof has helped many entrepreneurs, individuals, corporate executives, government officials and those who want to elevate their success with NLP techniques. The methods and techniques he developed at GGCSB made the learning process fun, easy and impactful.
